If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, the item may be returned for in-store credit. You may return merchandise either in-store or by mail at your own expense. If returning by mail, we strongly recommend using registered post or express and purchasing insurance from your carrier for the full value of the item. If you choose not to insure the shipment, you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur during transit.Please note that Hupp Jewelers is not responsible for returned items that do not include tracking and delivery confirmation proving that the package was received at our store.
To help ensure your item arrives safely and in good condition, please use the original outer box or a sturdy shipping box, along with appropriate packing materials and a copy of the original receipt.

Return Conditions
Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your item. To qualify for return, merchandise must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition. We kindly ask for your understanding that personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return, as they are crafted specifically for you. Please note that all items will undergo a thorough reauthentication process before any credit will be issued.If you have any questions or need assistance with your return, our team is always happy to help.
Receiving a Refund
At Hupp Jewelers, all refunds are issued as in-store credit, which may be used at any time for any of the services we offer. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we provide a variety of services to support you, including appraisals, ring resizing, and chain repairs. Please note that all items will undergo a thorough reauthentication process before any credit will be issued.We take pride in being both service-driven and quality-focused, committed to meeting your needs with care and expertise.
Exchanges
All items undergo thorough hand inspection by our team to ensure they are free of defects. However, if a defect is discovered within 45 days of receipt, you may exchange the product. Please note that many of our pieces are estate pieces and may be difficult to replace with an exact match; in such cases, you may choose to receive in-store credit equal to the original purchase price.Custom and personalized jewelry are not eligible for exchange, as each piece is uniquely crafted to meet your specific preferences. Additionally, all gemstones—including diamonds—are sold as-is and are excluded from this exchange policy.
Damages resulting from causes other than manufacturing defects are not eligible for return or exchange.
Gift Returns
Gift returns without a receipt are eligible for exchanges and in-store credit only. Please return items in original packaging. Any gift that shows signs of use or wear will not be accepted for exchange.
Personalized Items

Custom and Special Order Items
Due to the special nature of custom and special order items, these products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
